Four Months To Finish The Year Strong

Four Months to Finish Strong

September feels like the right moment to begin.

It carries the energy of a new year, a reset.

For some of you, that might mean children or grandchildren going back to school, or older children heading off.

For all of us, it’s the final quarter of 2025.

Whatever has happened so far, this is the chance to take stock and decide how you want to finish the year.

For many women, summer brought more drinking, with the long evenings, holidays, and gatherings.

September is the point to pause and ask honestly: how do I want my evenings to feel this autumn?

Do I want more of the same, or something different?

A useful exercise this week is to spend a few minutes imagining yourself on New Year’s Eve.

Picture looking back over 2025.

How do you want to feel about yourself and what you’ve achieved?

That vision can guide the choices you make now, and with four months still ahead, there’s time to finish the year strong.

For me, this year has been about getting greater clarity and continuing to develop the skills that make a difference for the women I work with.

Much of that growth has been uncomfortable.

But as you’ll have heard me say before, discomfort usually means you’re growing.

Which only happens when we cross the edges of our comfort zones.

👉 This week’s quick question

What would finishing the year strong look like for you?
